''Sweet and Sour'' is an Australian television series which screens across Australia on Foxtel and Community Television stations. It is produced entirely by screen media students who are currently studying in Western Australia. The show is filmed in the studio of the Central Institute of Technology in Perth and is hosted by Gary Mitchell. The show's Executive Producers are Gary Mitchell and Lawrie Hill. The current studio producer is Travis Murton with the current director in chief, Macauley David. Gary Mitchell has been hosting the program for more than ten years with the first episode hosted by him airing on September 11, 2001.
